ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES.
RSA Race Solutions LLC sells specialty high-performance automotive products and services that are frequently custom, special-order, racing-use, or application-specific. For that reason, all purchases made through RSA Race Solutions LLC are final upon sale.
We do not accept returns, issue refunds, or allow exchanges for any reason including, but not limited to:
• Incorrect ordering by the customer
• Change of mind
• Delayed installation
• Claimed incompatibility after purchase
• Opened packaging
• Used, installed, or attempted-installed parts
• Tuning or performance-related concerns
• Special-order or custom-built items
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring the parts, products, and services ordered are correct for their vehicle and intended use before purchase.
Any exception to this policy must be made in writing by RSA Race Solutions LLC and shall remain entirely at RSA’s sole discretion.
